Geographic limitations with the manufacturer’s warranty may apply due to the vast sources of GSM unlocked phones in the world. Manufacturer's warranty, if any, is offered by the manufacturer only, is not AceGSM.com, and may be restricted by geographical constraints. Please be advised that you may need to ship your phone to a foreign country in order to exercise your manufacturer warranty as most unlocked GSM phones are not covered in North American. AceGSM.com is not responsible for any issues after 14 calendar days from the receipt date. All warranty claims placed 14 calendar days after the receipt date will be redirected to the product manufacturer, and will be subject to the manufacturer's warranties and return policies, if any.
