14 Day AceGSM Warranty
We are confident that our phones will perform. Therefore, we back all of our import GSM mobile phones with a 14 day limited warranty covered by AceGSM.com. If there is any manufacturer defect which meets our manufacturer defect specifications, we will repair your phone free of charge and if we are not able to repair your phone, we will give you a brand new one. *Note: 14 Day AceGSM Warranty does not apply to accessories* 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty*
All Brand new mobile phones and OEM accessories are covered by one year manufacturer's Warranty. Geographic limitations with the manufacturer’s warranty may apply due to the vast sources of GSM unlocked phones in the world. Manufacturer's warranty, if any, is offered by the manufacturer only, not AceGSM.com, and may be restricted by geographical constraints. Please be advised that you may need to ship your phone to a foreign country in order to exercise your manufacturer warranty as most unlocked GSM phones are not covered within North America. AceGSM.com is not responsible for any issues after 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. All warranty claims placed 14 calendar days after the receipt date will be redirected to the product manufacturer, and will be subject to the manufacturer's warranties and return policies, if any.

Local Purchases: You can arrange to drop-off your item(s) with an AceGSM representative and our technicians will attempt to repair the phone free of charge if your item meets the following conditions: Manufacturer Defective Item Conditions (For Online and Local Purchases):
1. You contacted AceGSM via email (support@acegsm.com) within 14 days from the date of purchase. All requests made after 14 days will not be accepted. 2. Only products with manufacturer defects are considered. AceGSM will only accept the following symptoms as manufacturer defects: -Item cannot send a call -Item will not power on -Item microphone does not work -Item speaker has no sound -Item screen does not turn on -Item camera does not turn on 3. There has been NO human tampering which includes the following: -Damage due to improper handling -Water damage -Downloaded Software/Firmware/Files related issues -Use of accessories which are not specified in the user manual 4. There is no cosmetic damage to the phone. -Item has no dent or dents -Item has no scratch or scratches -Item has no blemish or blemishes 5. There has been no alteration to the item’s software. 6. There has been no alteration to the item’s original physical appearance. (Example: custom keypad, faceplate) 7. The phone's accessories are in their original packaging unopened. 8. The phone's box is in it's original condition. 9. The phone's IMEI number matches the IMEI in our records for your specific phone purchase. If AceGSM is not able to repair your item, AceGSM will replace the manufacturer defected item free of charge within 7 calender days from the date of purchase if ALL of the above conditions are met.
